The Assembly Helper: Installs shelves, drawers, doors and other pieces into the cabinet. Takes a cabinet from the conveyor belt and bring it to the table. Reads the label on the back panel of the cabinet Completes the cabinet following company training procedures to the label specifications, Make sure all doors and drawer fronts are adjusted and ready for shipment to the customer, If any parts of the cabinet are missing, or don’t fit, turn on the red light and put the cabinet to the side until you receive assistance. Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of tools and how to use them, as well as the various components of a cabinet and how to assemble it. Six months to one year of previous construction experience is desired, but we are will to training anyone who is willing to learn.

Be able to multi task and remain calm in a high pressure, fast paced environment. A problem solver and someone that can own responsibility. Will communicate between employees and various department managers. Schedule time is as follows: Monday Thru Thursday: 11am till 9pm, or whenever the work is done, often later than 9pm. Sunday and Friday: 8am till 1pm. or whenever the work is done.
.We are looking for a Compliance and Safety Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations affecting our operations, including, but not limited to, OSHA, CARB 2/TSCA VI and RCRA; assessing, identifying and managing risks and safety issues, regulatory and otherwise; and assisting us in developing controls and conducting annual compliance risk and safety assessments. The candidate should have experience providing direction and oversight and be able to help guide departmental managers in the assessment of control deficiencies while assisting in developing effective remediation plans. Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of experience in regulatory compliance and a proven track record of designing and implementing system controls, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

The paralegal will work with General Counsel to prepare reports, work on fact-finding projects, and be responsible for creating and maintaining an index system for all legal files. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all our needs. Responsibilities include: Create reports for GC based on case specifications and attorney requests. Work with GC to develop legal arguments, motions and other case filings, where appropriate. Develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed projects. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases. Requirements: Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies is required (Bachelor’s degree is preferred) Excellent communication and organization abilities Strong research and report-generating skills
